Welcome to Horstman Event Rentals! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions (aka the ground rules for keeping your event stress-free and smooth sailing 🎉).
1. Booking & Payment
A signed contract and payment are required to reserve your rental items.
We accept payments via [insert accepted payment methods, like Venmo, Square, CashApp, etc.].
Full payment is due before or upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 6 days or less may be subject to a partial charge or rescheduling fee.
We totally get that life happens—please reach out ASAP so we can help.
3. Weather Policy
For tent rentals, we install rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.
If extreme weather prevents setup (think lightning storms or 40+ mph winds), we’ll work with you on a fair solution.
4. Delivery & Pickup
We deliver to Powell, Ohio and surrounding areas.
Delivery and pickup times are arranged in advance. A delivery fee may apply outside of Powell.
Customer must be present or available during delivery unless agreed otherwise.
5. Equipment Care
Please treat rentals like they’re your own (or better!).
Damaged or missing items may result in a replacement or repair fee.
No dragging tables, stacking chairs incorrectly, or using tents without weights when windy.
6. Liability
Horstman Event Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages once items are delivered and installed.
Customers are responsible for supervising children and guests around all rental items.
7. Photos & Social Media
We love showing off beautiful events! By booking, you give us permission to use photos of your setup (never people without consent) for marketing unless you request otherwise. Just let us know—no hard feelings.
